Terms of sale and privacy

Who we sell to

ATN sells wholesale to approved business buyers only. We do not sell to the public. An account is opened after ATN reviews an application, and ATN may decline or close an account at its discretion.

Your login is for your company. People at your company may share an account, and an offer made from that account is your company's offer.

Prices and availability

The prices you see on this site are the prices for your account. They can change without notice until ATN accepts an offer from you, and the price in an accepted offer is the price you pay.

Quantities shown are our stock as of the last refresh, which is overnight. Goods can sell between refreshes. If something in an offer is no longer available when we review it, we will tell you rather than substitute.

Offers and orders

Submitting an offer is a proposal to buy. It is not an order. ATN may accept it, decline it, or come back with different prices, and nothing is sold until ATN accepts in writing on this site or by email. You may withdraw an offer at any time before ATN accepts it.

Each offer must total at least $3,000 USD. The site will not let you submit one below that.

Some goods carry restrictions from the brand or vendor that supplied them, such as where or through which channels they may be resold. Those restrictions are stated on the listing and are part of any sale of those goods. Buying them means agreeing to them.

Payment

ATN's preferred terms are Net 30, and for particular deals we can be flexible. Terms for a new account are agreed when the account is opened.

ATN to confirm: Whether a first order from a new account is prepaid, and what happens when an invoice is late.

Shipping and pickup

Goods are sold from ATN's warehouses. Unless the offer says otherwise, freight is arranged and paid by the buyer, and ATN will help arrange it on request.

ATN to confirm: Whether sales are FOB the warehouse, and who carries the risk of loss in transit.

Condition and returns

These are closeout and excess goods, sold as described on the listing. Please inspect a delivery when it arrives and tell us promptly about any shortage or damage so we can put it right.

ATN to confirm: The number of days a buyer has to report a discrepancy, and whether any return is accepted after that.

What we collect

When you apply for an account we collect your name, company, email address, phone number and business address, and what you tell us about what you buy.

When you use the site we keep a record of your sign-ins, the offers you make and the messages on them, and the emails you exchange with ATN about them.

Why we use it

To run your account: to price goods for you, to answer your offers, and to tell you by email when something happens to an offer you made.

To tell you about goods we think you may want. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and opting out does not stop the emails about your own offers and orders.

Who sees it

ATN's own staff, and the companies that run the site for us: hosting, the database and sign-in service, the service that delivers our email, and error monitoring. Each of them handles the information only to provide that service.

We do not sell your information, and we do not show one buyer's information to another buyer or to a vendor.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as we need the business records of the sales we made to you.

Cookies

The site sets the cookies it needs to keep you signed in. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about your company, ask us to correct it, or ask us to close your account and delete what we can. Write to Natan@atn-inc.com.
